This Privacy Policy explains how Shanae Hunter, trading as Omega Creative Solutions (“Omega Creative Solutions”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you visit our website, use our generators, access password-protected content, communicate with us or use third-party AI services through our tools.

We have designed Omega Creative Solutions to collect as little personal information as reasonably possible.

Omega Creative Solutions is designed primarily as a browser-based website.

You do not need to create a personal user account or profile to use the standard generators unless a particular product or service specifically states otherwise.

2. Information That Stays on Your Device

Your Generator Answers

The answers, selections and information you type into a standard generator are intended to remain in your browser unless you deliberately use a feature that sends them to another service.

Omega Creative Solutions does not maintain a central database containing the ordinary answers you enter into our browser-based generators.

Saved Work

Some generators may allow your results, previous versions, preferences, selections, settings or other work to be stored using your browser's local storage.

Local storage is saved on your own device through your web browser. This allows certain information to remain available when you return to a generator.

You can normally remove locally stored information by clearing the website data, local storage or browser data through your browser settings. Clearing this information may permanently remove locally saved generator work.

We cannot restore locally stored work that has been deleted from your device if we never received a copy of it.

API Keys

If a generator allows you to enter your own API key for a third-party AI provider, the site is designed so that the key can be stored locally in your browser rather than in an Omega Creative Solutions customer database.

Your API key should not be included in exported generator results or downloadable work. You are responsible for protecting your API keys and should never share them publicly.

If the technical operation of an API-key feature changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated.

3. When Information Leaves Your Device

Information may leave your device when you intentionally use a feature that communicates with another service. For example, if you choose to generate content through an external AI provider, information may be transmitted from your browser to that provider.

If you choose to use your own image, you may be able to upload a photograph, artwork, logo or other reference material.

Where image processing occurs locally, that content is intended to remain on your device unless you intentionally send it to another service.

If you choose to send an uploaded image to an AI or image-generation provider, the image will be processed according to that provider's policies.

Please do not upload highly sensitive personal documents through an image generator unless the feature specifically requires them and you understand where they will be processed. This includes items such as:

5. Passwords and Complimentary Access Codes

Omega Creative Solutions may provide private passwords or access codes to selected individuals so they can access certain paid or restricted generators without purchasing them.

A private Omega Creative Solutions access password should not be confused with an account password for a personal customer account.

Where access verification is handled locally within the website, we do not use the password to identify or profile the individual using it.

You should keep any private access code we give you confidential. Do not publish, sell or distribute private access codes.

We may replace or disable an access code if it is compromised or distributed without permission.

6. Website Hosting and Technical Information

Omega Creative Solutions must be hosted by a website-hosting provider in order for visitors to access it online.

When you visit almost any website, technical information may be processed by the hosting infrastructure in order to deliver the requested pages and maintain security. Depending on our hosting provider, this information may include:

As currently designed, the core Omega Creative Solutions generator pages do not intentionally use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural advertising trackers.

Browser local storage used to preserve your own generator work is different from using advertising technology to follow you across unrelated websites.

We currently do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising through the generator site.

If we later introduce services such as website analytics, advertising, retargeting, an email-marketing platform, live chat, affiliate tracking, embedded social-media tracking, advanced ecommerce functionality or other technologies that collect personal information, we will review this Privacy Policy and any cookie-consent requirements before or when those technologies are introduced.

We do not automatically subscribe generator users to marketing emails simply because they use a generator.

Some Omega Creative Solutions generators may help adults create children's books, nursery artwork, children's activities, baby products, educational materials, family projects or other child-focused creative products.
